have yet to translate the song titles so the artist's intentions are somewhat of a mystery to me, but the wavering surface noise creates the theme of a dialogue between music & technology before becoming invisible to my ears. this conjures memories of listening to music as a child (long before the sterility of digital media), when i rarely took notice of the hiss & pops of records, 8-tracks, tapes, & am radio because they were a normal, necessary aspect of recorded sound. nice to be back again.

we're all beside a wooded creek, laying on this silken mossy chord, listening as leaves tumble down in succession. the pond nearby catches each leaf and we sync our thoughts using the chain of ripples in the water. thanks a lot for this one. recommended for relaxation or when it just gets to be too much out there

Soon to become among my most-played albums. Would like to have on vinyl. Originally, I'd sprawled down to listen to this in headphones and after the first part--which functions as an apt reminder to live with awareness of uncertainty--was taken aback by the second, which retains the wave-like repetitious atmosphere of the first but with a much darker tone, unexpectedly reminding me in spirit of Wereju's 'Under the Receding Wave'. What follows the second part? The sunrise.. perhaps!
